I believe I have a rat issue, how can Sarasota Rat Removal help?

Sarasota Rat Removal will schedule an inspection to come out and determine your rodent issue.  We will identify the issues, explain our plan of action and provide you with an estimate for exclusion work.

Once contracted, a Sarasota Rat Removal Technician will perform the rodent exclusion service detailed on your estimate.

When the exclusion work is completed, we will then set up traps to catch any rodents remaining in sealed up areas of your home.

We then come back out every couple days to inspect the traps and remove any rats trapped.

After trapping we do offer additional decontamination and clean up services if so desired.  Highly recommended if infestation was moderate to severe.

Then you can rest assure with our guarantee that our work is rodent proof.

What is an Exclusion?

A proper Exclusion seals up all potential entry points with quality building materials to prevent further rodent infestation.

Didn’t the home builder / roofer already seal up any openings?

Why didn’t the builder or roofer leave openings in the first place?

The building code in the United States does not require builders or roofers to consider rodent issues while constructing the building, so in most cases, no the building is not sealed up preventing a rodent infestation.
